that said the bolts had to be cut off, f*ckers were tighter than Norbot Colon

trial fitted new channel, fits like a glove

My little worker monkey painted up the top edge of the floor and the new heater channel with some pokey zinc paint to keep the rust at bay, so tomorrow i can go for fitting hopefully.....

Cracked on with it last night, decided to replace the outer edge of the front floorpan with a new panel as the original was not up to scratch.

Got the heater channel properly mounted up, set door gap/rear quarter width (some kind soul had removed the brace from under the rear seat), and tacked in the rear quarter.

Also forgot the camera.

Will take some pics tonight if anyones still looking...

Also on the agenda, rebuild the door post, fit new front inner wing cut and replace rear suspension panel, weld in rear quarter.

That should keep me out of trouble
