Good work, i always toyed with the idea of a porsche kit just to see how well it could be done, looks like your doing a good job. I think a car like that could be made or broken in the finnishing details, try an avoid all the junk available for late models. Are you keeping stock elephants feet lights or putting tinted lenses? I had Genuine Tinted hellas from KK that fit on original bases, very good fit/quality, no comparison to aftermarket tinted rubbish. I think a car like that also needs a stock exiting exhaust, check out turbo thomas big bore stainless version. One other thing if you ever feel like hacking your car up again! radiused door tops work very well with deseamed cars, check out homer or the preacher for this. Good luck.

Cheers for the comments. I can just get my high lift trolley jack under the front, pan sits about 350mm from the ground but the kit on the front sits well low. I have a set of new beetle rear clusters, but I am not happy with the rear end and am thinking of welding an extension strip to some new repro steel wings I have to make them sit out further, no rear bumper at all.......... Still only a thought at the moment, I need this car done so I can start my splitty, I am undecided ???? What do you think?
